This Zoltan Cruiser (Cerenkov) has a bit of a power problem. You only have two bars of reactor power, and you must use your Zoltan crew and your Backup Battery in order to power everything. The problem with this, is that when your Battery runs dry, you will run severely short on power until it can recharge, which pretty much means you have to choose some systems to leave offline. Its Ion weapons and Beam Drone means that you also cannot direct any appreciable amount of firepower on specific enemy ship systems. You cannot reliably take out enemy weapon systems before you destroy the ship, unless you come across some extra weaponry floating in space.
