this is an improvement on the previous video that I uploaded on this topic. Most importantly, it includes a full position setup for the initial position for the final boomerang throw, which was unfinished last time. It also incorporates blue fire into the final throw, which means this whole sequence can be plugged in immediately following heap manip which will hopefully be done soon. The initial position setup for the throw builds off of an idea jolin had today and makes it simpler to perform RTA. Full steps listed here:

Roll into the corner and target the right wall. Roll a few times. The Z coordinate will toggle back and forth in the smallest hex digit but both are OK.
One ess turn right
Two stabs
7 ess left
neutral roll
target the wall
Stab, backflip, 3 neutral rolls
Stab, backflip, 3 neutral rolls,
neutral roll,
backflip,
vertical slash + shield,
turn and throw boomerang
drop blue fire on first frame of throw
wait four frames after the blue fire cs ends
up for 2 frames
down 1 frame
neutral 1 frame
down 1 frame (you should turn around with that 5 frame analog pattern)
press A to roll and hold down until the door
open the door on the first frame the roll ends (frame after feet planting sound)
4 frames of no input on the other side of the door
backflip, cutscene item on landing frame
twisted sidehop upright (first twist frame)
backflip, cutscene item on landing frame
twisted sidehop up (third twist frame)
jumpslash on the frame where y=-210
hold up the whole jumpslash until b1 loads
