-Enter the scrub room and set FW
-Warp in with FW to ensure proper starting heap
-Drop a fish before the scrub shoots you
-Reflect the next nut at nothing
-Send two bombchus along the wall, away from everything
-Draw boomerang and reflect the nut at the scrub

-Throw boomerang ASAP after shield goes down
-Drop fish ASAP after boomerang throw
-Drop chu after fish
-Drop bugs first frame after chu

(The segment between the stars needs to be timed relative to the scrub such that the bombchu is one frame from exploding against the fish when the scrub textbox comes up. this isnt as hard as it sounds, there are cues with the scrub's animation. the reason for this is that the chu spawns a bomb actor on this frame and we need that to push ahead the allocation of the recovery heart)
-Talk to scrub and mash through textboxes asap so the recovery heart spawns while the fish and bugs still exist
-Stand about where i stood and boomerang the heart about where I did. It's not precise, just needs to be on line with the boomerang and far enough back that the boomerang grabs it late enough that the boomerang has committed to an arc return path rather than straight line return.
-Do any position setup that works to get into the position from which we will throw the boomerang. I'll describe mine:
-Roll target into that corner
-One ess right and two crouch stabs
-7 Ess left and dry roll to the wall
-Target the wall
-Stab, backflip, three dry rolls
-Stab, backflip three dry rolls (yes, again)
-Dry roll, backflip, vertical slash+shield
-This is the position we need to throw the boomerang and drop blue fire from, but we need to drop a bomb for heap allocation and the blue fire would explode it so we need to do that somewhere else
-So sidehop left, throw boomerang, drop fish and drop bomb before the boomerang returns to you
-Sidehop back right, turn 180 and throw boomerang
-On the first frame of boomerang, drop blue fire
-Pull a chu ASAP after regaining control from blue fire
-On the 4th frame the camera is free from blue fire, hold up
-On the next frame hold up again, and also R to drop chu
-On the next frame hold down, R, and press chu
-On the next frame hold neutral, and R
-On the next frame hold down and R (chu should drop)
-On the next frame hold down and press A to roll
-Hold down all the way to the door and open the door on the frame after link's feet plant on the ground. You can also use the boomerang aligning with the left side of the door
(Note that some of the blue fire, the two bombchus, the fish, and the bomb all must exist when you open the door)
-Do nothing on the first two frames you have control beyond the door
-Backflip on the next frame
-Press cutscene item to turn around on landing frame
-Do an upright sidehop on the first frame link twists after closing the text
-Drop fish on the landing frame
-Do nothing on the first frame you have control of link after the fish
-Backflip on the next frame after that
-Press cutscene item to turn around on landing frame
-Hold up and do a sidehop on the third twist frame after closing text
-Jumpslash on the frame where the entrance alcove is no longer visible (y=-210)
-Hold up the whole jumpslash
-If you have watches on, check link's Z coordinate on the frame b1 loads. It should be between -14 and -16, and the hex value of that same number should look like zzzz08zz, where z's dont matter.
