The Fxexblin LED Backlit 105 Keys Mechanical Feel Gaming Keyboard has quiet keys which are near silent except for space bar and return. It has 3 backlit colors that have adjustable brightness levels but the color patterns are fixed. This keyboard comes with a mouse that has adjustable DPI settings and long mouse buttons. The overall combo is a good deal on Amazon at just around $30 and you get a decent keyboard and mouse combo for the price. The keyboard is a bit wide however and may have trouble fitting in an under the desk keyboard tray, especially a compact one.
