Okay, this is more of a technical demo than a full game. Only the one track is in this game and your racing vehicle is the only one on the track. But it was an interesting idea to see the more primitive graphics unit in the Genesis attempt a Mode 7 style of gameplay. It doesn't look all that great which is likely why the project was abandoned before a full game had been programmed.
