Finally Gachapin's third skill is here and, as expected, turned out to have a turn lock to avoid people from abusing it first turn.
Up to here all good, I expected that from the start. But 7 turns lockout and 15 turns cooldown? Really? That just makes it useless for 99.99% of the content currently in the game...

I'm baffled at the decision, a 3 turn lockout with a 10 turn cooldown would've been a reasonable compromise, but as it stands he'll stay as a meme forever I guess...

What do you think of Gachapin now that everything is unlocked?
