If your galaxy note 5 pictures are sideways or upside down your going to want to first

1. Open your camera app up and find the photo your having an issue with (choose one that is sideways or upside down)

2. Once you find the image you want to fix click the edit button in the top right hand corner

3. You will then see a list of options underneath the photo, and your going to want to choose the one that says rotate

4. You will now be able to rotate the image to the correct fit by making it change 90 degrees each way until it fits correctly on the page
