If your having some issues with your galaxy note 5 theme store not working first
1. Try resetting your phone and try to reload the theme store
2. Check to make sure you are not completely full on your storage since this will not allow you to download any new themes
3. Go to the settings and click on application manager, and then find galaxy apps and click on it
4. You will then want to clear out the cache and reset your phone, and then try to reload the theme store
5. Try updating your phone since this will normally fix any problems in the software or hardware and restart your phone
6. Check to see if your phone is overheating by feeling the back it and if it is turn it off for 10 - 15 minutes
7. If your note 5 has been on for over 200 hours straight it will normally start to over heat and not function correctly
8. If nothing else works try factory resetting your phone to get it working correctly again (make sure to back up all of your data on a pc first)
