7:45 The Rules were changed after this video and this is incorrect now... Now, when you place a tile you first take one of the action, that can be place an Emissary... only after doing the action you check to see if anything was closed...
So Jen could have placed the tile there and place an Emissary on it

8:13 Clarification:
If Jen did this she would score points for Closing a Planetary System (in this case 4pts because it was a 2 Tile System)
Then Richard would Score 4 Points for Owning the Planetary System

22:55 That's a wrong placement, Richard had to place it in the tile he just played... and also that tile because of the Trian can't have anything placed on it
