OBS Studio:
- Deinterlacing: Retro
- Scaling-filter: Bicubic

To get a correct aspect ratio, set the resolution of the EZMaker 7 to "640x480". This Video is with "720x480" (the default) and you can see, that it is a little too wide.

Setting "Deinterlacing: Retro" in OBS makes the EZMaker capture 60fps. Combine this with "Match to highest possible" and it works. You can't manually set 60fps, the highest value you can set is "29.97". With "Deinterlacing: Retro" it will capture 60fps.

Note that "Deinterlacing: Retro" can only be set when using OBS Studio. Streamlabs OBS e.g. does not have this setting (by April 2021, maybe they'll add it in future releases).
