12Our Full Review of 'Foresight'. A true hardcore, challenging RTS with strategy being the main focus.
This game requires a multitude of different factors from fleet management to resource management. Knowing your enemy is key.
Ensuring you pick the correct commanders and assigning them to fleets is the first step in this EPIC RTS, Foresight is an Indie game but the mechanics themselves are equal to big budget games, you can see the developer has reached for the stars with this game and it shows in the quality of the game play, mechanics and AI.
The only negative point I have is the speed of the ships and their transgression to other quadrants, but I am a patient person. I have read the updates for 0.7 and the developer has improved the speed of the ships as well as providing options to increase overall game speed, this just shows how dedicated they are to this game.

Foresight is an action-packed adventure game set in an endless maze known as the Odyssey.
Developed, by Texas based Scarecrow Arts, Foresight is the teams debut game. From a humble 8-bit style beat 'em up, the game has evolved in to the imaginative and intense game that it is today.
Launching on to Early Access, the game features:
Set in a distant future, humanity has been decimated by a massive nuclear war. Those that caused the war have long since fled Earth for the distant galaxies. As planet Earth slowly died, the survivors eventually have to face up to the inevitable and go in search of a new habitable planet.
At the same time an experiment with dark matter creates a spatial anomaly, causing multiple wormholes to open up across the galaxy. In an instant, distant worlds that were once light years away can now be reached within a matter of days or even hours.
But as humanity ventures in to the unknown, dangers await and battles for survival will ensue. With those responsible for the nuclear war at large somewhere in the galaxy, will they be friend or foe, or have they become something even worse? Do other dangers exit?
Foresight is a space-themed real-time strategy (RTS) game that redefines the genre by focusing more on the strategy; less on the tactics. No need to build faster, bigger better ships (the game does that for you). Instead focus on what strategy you can employ to counter that of your enemy and ultimately defeat them.
