Kairosoft Dream Town Story Gameplay Part #11 (NAG) -- I've been playing off the record for a while. So far, I already got Apartment upgrade, several married residents, and several additional combos. I also noticed that it's worth *destroying* buildings that are not making profit and keep them for later.

Not much in this video though. I only want to show you how to build School since it requires different strategy. Basically, you have to place it near houses. No need to have 50 houses around, just a few would be fine. Just watch the video for the detail.
