Dead or Alive, a 3D arcade fighter that really attracted gamers (in many ways) enough to save Tecmo from bankruptcy. I'm playing the Sega Saturn version, which creator Tomonobu Itagaki considers the more definitive home version.

I play as Tina Armstrong, the pro-wrestler from the US, under best-of-3 rules.
