A very small but enjoyable map I found on the Garry's Mod workshop. It is a cozy office space from the 1980s with ambience and props. The elevators, though realistic, do not work.

I think this map would be best for roleplay or hanging out with friends, as they're too small for sandbox or nextbots.

This map might be great for prop hunt, though!
