Everyone had a first day in RC… EVERYONE! In Episode 007.1 of our “Get Into RC” video series, we are adding to our Episode 007 discussion of electric and nitro RC cars with some information on gas cars. Gasoline powered cars may be a choice for those who have large spaces to run an RC machine and do not have concerns about exhaust sounds disrupting neighbors. Gas cars are fast, fun and may require you to purchase some additional support gear. Fuel costs are lower for gas cars than nitro cars because they run on pump gas you purchase at the local gas station. The most important thing to consider about purchasing and running a large scale gas car is responsibility. Please drive them responsibly and be considerate to others. There is no easy way for us to pick the right type of power source for you so take a look at this video to help steer you to see if a gas car is best for YOU!
