7When we got home the kids were all asleep in the car. Tamie and I did our "fleeing holiday personage" routine, running around and yelling like we had seen the Easter Bunny running away, trying to head him off at this door or another. This woke the kids up and they took no time joining in the hunt. Of course, what they found was the evidence of EB's passing in the form of easter baskets Tamie had hidden in the front room earlier in the day.
Young G (now more of a little boy than a baby) just loves peeps and dug into whole sleeves of them. He and I are buddies.
