The music is of course phenomenal. But after about 10 minutes I remember how hard this game is. I think if you want a more approachable version, play GBA Metroid Zero Mission. It's basically a remake with some nice to have features (save points), a little bit easier curve, a map, and a more linear path through the game. The more linear path is a little bit handholdy, but I think it's an acceptable trade off for the lesser difficulty.
