The Gmcannon II has a number of Issues given the high paced combat that tends to start at around it's cost as it has no decent close ranged options aside from Melee, Tackle or some terrible vulcans making it very vunrable to being rushed down and it has no defencive skills of note though glide structure and a mid-air jump do allow for some repositioning options.
It can't combo from it's cannon that needs to charge before firing but does good damage and pierces allowing for some nasty damage at times and the Guncannon rifle isn't the worst at picking off low health targets or attempt to break something's legs and it does have grenades and vulcans even if neither are very good.
