This is one of the worst levels I have beaten, no doubt about it. In all the time I have played this game, rarely have I found such awful balancing. This level is still among one of the most painful things I have experienced in video games as a whole (especially since I did it on 60hz), and the horrible music didn't help (this is one of the only levels I have beaten while listening to some other music because this one is so bad). Even with the balancing aside, the gameplay itself is terribly janky and rarely works. I definitely don't recommend this to anyone, unless you like extreme pain or something
