The key characteristics of a good team will include:
- Speed (how quickly you can start killing)
- Mana Generation (how quickly can I start filling troops)
- Damage Output (how can I hit as hard as possible)
- Looping (how can I make sure I don't give up my turn)
- Utility (what useful buffs or debuffs can this team provide)
