Gems Up is a really interesting slot where you win by landing winning paylines or special gem symbols that have credit values associated with them during the "Prize Fever Feature" where a certain group of symbols may transform into into symbols with credit prizes with the Gold Group the most valuable, then the Red Group and finally the Blue Group.
