\( x^{2}\left(x+y \frac{d y}{d x}\right)+\left(x \frac{d y}{d x}-y\right) \sqrt{x^{2}+y^{2}}=0 \), is equal to
(1) \( \frac{1}{\sqrt{x^{2}+y^{2}}}+\frac{y}{x}=C \)
