These spirits, these phantasms. How to explain them? The higher-ups, somehow, knew a lot about them. These are victims. Victims of genetic disasters. They are tethered to their final resting places. These poor souls.. how they make me weep. The things I've allowed my kind to do. Not like I can help. I've killed more than any combined, but not by my own choice.
