So by theory both xingqiu and beidou elemental burst can only proc when the current character triggers normal and charged atk(for beidou's burst) but whats funny is raiden's burst description says that the mussou isshin state all normal,charged and plunging atks are considered elemental burst damage so thats a conflict there because by theory it is not suppose to work for both xingqiu and Beidou burst. Therefore I am very confused for the past few months after raiden was released because my Beidou is actually c6 and I never got the chance to use her as I have no tartaglia to put her in and no fischl as electro battery and now even raiden came and I though it may be a hope for my Beidou but turns out that it was just my overthinking. I hope this problem can be fixed as soon as possible.
