This video details the quickest possible way to rate hundreds of levels. Follow the exact steps I show and you'll have the achievement in no time. You could do all 1000 in ~1 hour; it's much faster than you think.

Written guide:
1. filter by tiny, NA, and search the letter "E" (you can really filter by anything and type any letter, we just want thousands of results that are all NA)
2. go to the next page, then back to the previous (the next page will load while you rate the 10 levels on this page)
3. scroll to the bottom (the levels on the page shift when you go back out of one after rating it)
4. rate the level; I usually would do 10 stars since it's the button closest to the "submit" button in the rating menu
5. go back to the page; open the level above the one you've just rated and rate it too
6. repeat steps 4 & 5 until you rate all 10 levels on the page
7. repeat steps 2 through 6 until you have 1000 ratings
