BAILAC Germaine (Jeanne Albertine Germaine BAILAC DE BORIA dite). — Mezzo-soprano (31.Toulouse, 28 mars 1881 –). Débute en participant à la première le 16 mai 1908 du Clown (Glady) d'Isaac de Camondo et chante Carmen (Carmen), Werther (Charlotte), le Roi d’Ys (Margared) et Cendrillon (Madame de la Haltière) de Massenet.

MARIUS CORPAIT [t]. Lyons, 1877-Puteaux, 1955. His birth name had been Cropait. He studied as a baritone with Warot and Melchissédec at the Paris Conservatoire, 1903-05, and in 1906 made hisParis Opéra-Comique debut, singing there several secondary roles. He restudied as a tenor with Jules Juliani
and as such made a second debut in 1908, this time at the Paris Opéra. His major role there was Saint-Saëns’ Samson. In addition he appeared in principal parts in Bordeaux and Lyons, as well as at the Paris Gaîté-Lyrique, where he sang Jean in Hérodiade. His subsequent career has not been traced, but he is known to
have taught in his later years.
