Get 60 FPS in Devil May Cry 5 on Low End Laptop
Update: You can download my config file of Devil May Cry 5 here: https://ouo.io/8WuzZh
Can you get more than 30 FPS or get 60 FPS in Devil May Cry on 920M Low End Laptop? The Answer is maybe. With Some tweaks, I could get around 30-60 FPS when playing DMC 5. It depends on the Location too. The larger and more open the area, the less FPS that you will get...
How to get around 30-60 FPS when playing Devil May Cry 5 on 920M Low End Laptop.
1. Update your GPU Drivers to the latest version. The Latest version of Nvidia GPU Drivers is optimized for DMC 5 so you will get a slightly more FPS when playing the game. Link: https://geforce.com/drivers
2. Change the resolution to 960x540, Set the resolution scale to 80 . I think those settings would still make the graphics looks decent while we get more FPS. Check my setting in the first 1 minutes of the video. You can lower the resolution scale to 60 or 70 to get more FPS but the graphics will become worse than 80.
3. Tweak the Config file of the game (It's located in the game's folder). Change the DirectX12 to DirectX11, change the Depth Of Field and Dynamic Shadow to false. You will get more FPS by doing that.
