IMPORTANT TIP that I forgot to mention. Heal Mindflayer as he is your main source of DPS. Throw potions at him. Or create char that can heal that is gonna be used to heal Mindflayer.

Everburn is fantastic 2h weapon for early game but to get it Commander Zhalk needs to be defeated. Here is a guide how to do it.
