Ember Lab just posted a new update to Kena: Bridge of Spirits (2.05) that adds 3 new Halloween themed rot hats (and brings back last years) for a limited time that you can find. They are only available until November 1st, so you'll want to get them quickly! Here you can see where all 6 hidden hats are. Note: Some of these are all only found late game, so you'll need to have almost completed the game to be able to get them.

The 2021 chests require you to complete a challenge, 2022 new hats do not.
