It's a one on one battle of Shepard vs Reaper as the liberation of Rannoch requires a more heavy handed touch after finding out that an actual Reaper was on the planet. After defeating it and with the sacrifice of another of our former crewmates, we eventually managed to establish a Geth and Quarian peace, something that has never been done in centuries!
