Getting Back To Normal -- It's Time I Ask For Help -GoFundMe Project to Help Odinn Recover
1Hello one, hello all! Odinnsfyrsin here and this video isn't the only video for the week, as promised I am starting up with some new content here shortly but we've hit a big road block on our path and I am humbly asking for your help. Recently we posted across all of our social medias that Mud Brick DM, aka Caboose was let go from the team and would not be returning. Many of you were wondering why, and also wondering why we haven't been uploading consistently like we did for years before.
The answer is shorthand is that Caboose was living with me because he ran away from his marriage, believing he had been cheated on. As his oldest friend, I supported him, stood by his side and helped him. He moved in with us, I got him a good job, I helped pay to fix his old car, I helped get him a new one when the old one broke down, I let him sleep under my roof and eat my family's food for three years, all because I cared for him like family.
When we moved to Missouri, times got a little tough. We all had to adjust to a new state, a new city, new roads, new jobs, new choices, new everything. Caboose just didn't want to listen to me, took a job that didn't pay enough, and he blamed me for falling short financially, all while my pregnant wife was in and out of the hospital and I was using all of our savings to pay for day to day expenses and big bills. Eventually, I was even forced to use my credit cards, and that's where my problem began. Caboose was out of work for a good two months, and I was covering everything for all of us with credit cards and a brand new baby shows up. We worked hard, but in December of 24, Caboose stopped paying his fair share entirely, began ignoring us, blaming us for his downfalls, even though I had a negative sign in my bank account and he had money for fast food and smokes, apparently I was the bad guy because I didn't think it was responsible to take a vacation with him and spend money I didn't have. So Caboose did what any mature adult would... n't. He took off with all of his stuff and left us with an apartment we couldn't afford, and a bunch of debt on my shoulders. He's off living on his own now and I wish I could say that was all over but our former landlord wants another 3k out of us for early termination and I'm saying it here and now for all of you to know, we will be going after him in small claims court, and we have everything we need to do so. Even our attourney said we have a open and shut case because of all the contracts and paperwork we all signed. But enough negativity, since then I've gotten us into a new apartment that we can afford once my debt is gone, and we've minimized our footprint financially so as to live life gainfully without making too many sacrifices. The entire Sons of Valhalla Gaming team, as well as our affiliates and fellow content creators have all blocked caboose, and for legal purposes he will not be mentioned in any descriptions hereforth.
On the bright side, as of today, I have paid half of my credit card debt but I am completely out of gas and just need a little push to the finish line. My health requires I slow down and go back to normal and I can't ignore that. So my wife and our friends have all sat down with me and convinced me to tell the whole story, and ask for help.
