Despite getting stuck (for the first time not due to enemies but rather due to not knowing how to proceed), this was a fun episode that got us closer to some story arcs and characters, giving some back info and inching slowly towards some of the cosmic horror elements, e.g. what the heck is going on. Resonance and the implicit horror of basically cloning people and engineering personalities into them, to raise a bigger workforce are apparently the drivers to whatever happened here. Did they wake something up that was already there before or were they the harbingers of what’s to come?
