Getting Fed Up With POOR Service? Let's Discuss Mike's Tech Rant
56Tonight's stream should have been a happy time with us celebrating hitting 30,000 subscribers, but there is a dark shadow looming and that shadow has a name!
It is called customer service!
I know there is a global pandemic going on, I totally get that - I should do, I am also working a retail job as well as the YT channel and all the other commitments. I KNOW what it is like to be busy during a crisis.
So when a large UK tech retailer starts giving me bad service - repeatedly I get pissed off. And after speaking both privately and publically it seems I am not the only one to get poor customer service from CCL. Otherwise known as CCL computers or CCLonline.
Now those that know me will understand that I am a very patience person. To a point. But when I get annoyed I tell people so that is what I will be doing tonight and please tell us all any stories you may have of poor customer service and let's name and shame some of these companies.
But all things being equal we really want to hear about your positive experiences with CCL and others in the tech World and hopefully we can work together to get things straightened out and advise each other on the best places to spend our money. And speaking of spending money.
