This is the initial set up when using the Samsung Galaxy S4. You'll choose between your language, accessibility settings, setting up wi-fi, sign in to your Samsung account, sign in to Google. You'll be able to setup dropbox as well as choosing to join Google Plus in this process. You'll see options for some new features, with a blip explaining what each of them do. Last but not least, you can even name your phone to finish the setup process.
