in order to get to the Border Outpost in Lost Ark, I had to complete an optional quest to repair windmills on the way. I was a second part of gathering the parts in a previous quest. I found it funny, how the Brother made it a priority for me to accomplish before I made it to the next quest hub. Meanwhile, I had to fight monsters in a cemetery for a few quests, which were fun.
