Uses SP9 with high SL and 1x Vector (what I like to consider: the doll kept specifically 1x-linked, that also is the least brainrot, since she's the staple 13-4 dragger), and probably at least 1 (preferably 2 or 3) RoF chip on top of the usual equips. Rescue Fairy can be subbed for higher FP aura fairies (Para, Witch). AN-94 Mod3 can be replaced with G11 Mod3, or M4 Mod3 (M4 is likely to cause scratch damage).

If you have Suomi Mod2+ and 1x SP9 then you can achieve the same cost-efficiency as shown here. If you don't have a 1x SMG, just use one of the above comps with 5x dolls, it's fine efficiency still. 1x SP9 and Vector may be pushing it, but idk, it might work.

If you don't have SP9, Suomi Mod2+, or 1x Vector (specifically, neither of the first two), you may want to consider buying TAC-50 with 500 medals instead. (farm E-2 or E-3 since those drop 5*s as well, do not farm E-1 for these medals, as that drops 4* medals)

1x LTLX will not work here because force-removing Orthrus shields more often than not (if it isn't guaranteed?) results in them getting an attack in on LTLX before being knocked back. I would assume taking down their shields "normally" through many bullets causes them to apply a stun to themselves before the next in-game frame starts, where they would attack.
