If you FD useing a HS(parry also works) and another button it counts as throw. On the ground on opponents break, nothing happens. On even break you both become invincable for a split second while being able to move.(this is somewhat random)In the air though, on ethier break(though for parry seems to only be even.. bizare)the one who FDs/parry is at advantage.
Also note that on even break in air where as you both get out around the same time and can move accordingly. Strangely enough when you break your opponents throw in most cases you can move before them, however you are not allowed to burst, although you can move.... Of course there are exceptions to the rule liek axl eddie bug that has been in everygame. And there is a bug that makes you invincable to all throw attempts but thats another story. Anyway yea heres a example of ky FDing a throw, into a combo.
