You should have 7 capitals.
These capitals were; Brussels, Manila, Doha, Port Au Prince, Moscow, Amsterdam, and Mexico City.
To decipher this, search each capital and the first letter of the country is the correct character.
For example, if you searched for Washington D.C., the correct character would be U for the United States.
You also should have 4 Eastern Standard Time zones.
These time zones were 1 p.m., 7 p.m., 2 p.m., and 8 p.m..
To decipher this, convert Eastern Standard Time to Japan Standard Time.
Japan Time is 13 hours ahead of Eastern Time.
For instance, if I said 6 p.m. Eastern time, that is 7 a.m. Japan Time. So the correct number would not be 7.
You should also have a specific letter.
This letter is unique because no country nor capital starts with it.
Just insert this letter in the correct spot.
