10Kojiro is understood to be pretty much the most difficult Duel in the base game. He is able to use every type of attack introduced in prior duels. (Dance of Wrath, Ground Slash, Charging Unblockable Strikes, etc)
What I confirmed while working on this run, is that most of those attacks can be interrupted and stopped with a well-timed, charged Water-Stance or Stone-Stance heavy attack. The charged Water heavy attack is very fast. I use it often in duels to create attack windows. It works dependably against any incoming blue-glint or no-glint attack, including Dance of Wrath.

I'm confident that if you practice this technique and it's timing, you'll be comfortable in any duel.
