Ghost Vibration (PS2, PAL-UK) Gameplay
Here's a vid capture of Ghost Vibration the PAL-UK version that was apparently never released in the UK (still waiting for someone to correct that factoid if they know the real background of this game). I do think this game was released in Australia, though, so cheers! English for everyone! (Assuming the Japanese version is in Japanese, anyway.) As you can see, the gameplay is pretty cinematic (George walks along that preset path) and the ghost capture parts are in 1st-person perspective. I apologize for my sh*tty ability to use the analog sticks and also for the constant pauses. My vid cap software made the display much darker than the video actually turned out; it was hard to see anything. By the way, all the little glances where George is looking left and right - you can control that which is kinda cool. Also, each ghost has a name and a file as in Fatal Frame. That was the green bar popping up on the bottom left after I ghostbustered their arses..
*It would appear one of the PAL versions of the game had a French manual (and boxart too I believe), although the game itself seems to have English subtitles. I'm not sure if the subtitles for this French version are in English only or both French and English. There is also a Spanish version (Spanish boxart, probably Spanish manual and perhaps English and/or Spanish subtitles) as well. No idea what language the dialogs are in these versions, whether English or French/Spanish. The Japanese version is (naturally) in Japanese after all. My copy is completely in English - manual, box insert, subtitles and dialogs (as you can see) are all in English, which is pretty nice and apparently hard to find. As for the actors, they sound Canadian to me.
**After more searching through google, I have learned that this game did come in different PAL releases (French, Spanish, Italian, German and English) with the instructions and box art being in the language of the region, but all versions had English-voices and subtitles only (except the Japanese version). I don't know why gamefaqs.com and other sites list this game as never having been released in Europe. If you know more about this game, share in the comments.
