CHEF GRIM REAPERS (Yoghurt ginger chilli mutton curry)
Serves:3

INGRIEDENTS:
1.1 onion,tomato,potato
2.1 tsp of black mustard seeds,ginger and garlic paste,salt
3.1 cup of stock(any)
4.4 tbsp of masala,1 tsp turmeric,1 tsp salt,1 tsp garam masala,1 tbsp mixed herbs,1 tsp cardamon power,1 tsp clove powder,1 fresh chilli
5.250ml yogurt(plain)
6.fresh coriander

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:Saute onions,black mustard seeds and star anise until transparent.
Step 2:Add mutton,ginger and garlic pasta and a pinch of salt
Step 3:After 5 minutes,add spices and cookout for 20 minutes
Step 4:Add grated/diced tomato and potato and cook until water is released from the tomato
Step 5:Add stock and simmer for 1 hour or until liquid has evaporated
Step 6:Add chopped fresh coriander and yogurt
Step 7:Cook out yogurt for 30 min on low heat
Step 8: garnish and serve
