11Blocking Plus is the step in between Blocking and spline. Every key frame will be on 2s, but there is still corrections that have to be adjusted. Since you're no longer subjected to posing on 4s, sometimes you have to change the body mechanics a bit. The phone itself had to be completely redone in blocking plus. The good news is that now entering spline will be far less stressful :)
