Tutorial is very easy it's already on YouTube. My quality is bad so I would suggest looking on YouTube for a better video on how to.

This is how to do it.

Load up CTF GLITCH thru the cod community it's easy to find cause it's a popular custom match.

Before start game switch to Seal team or the other default team and start match.

Spawn in as Seal and find where you want to glitch out of map usually a corner with a ceiling above you that's not too high. If it's too high you'll die from a death barrier.

Press start and choose bottom team then choose gun and do not press spawn.
Repeat this at least 4 times before spawning. Make sure you have your tactical insertion.
You only get one shot at it so don't mess it up. If done correctly you'll be out of the map.

Note: Sometimes, if it fails you can pick Seal team again before spawning then spawn in and you can repeat process. Not always the case. Sorry.
