References (scenes I replicated by watching them):
-Violet Evergarden: The scene from the trailer of this anime with Violet lying between the letters gave me the exact scene composition I was looking for the scene at tye end. Violet looked just as emotionless as Agate at that moment, the way her dressed flowed on the floor gabe me a nice understanding of how her clothes would work. Amazing anime btw. It's on Netflix! Go watch it!
Got to clarify, REFERENCING is NOT the same as TRACING a scene. Tracing would propose no intentions from me to learn as I would just be drawing ovee the original work with no differences whatsoever. Referencing, which is what I do when I'm having problems with a specific scene, is where I try to replicate the original work an gain a better understanding of my own ideas.
I also have no intentions to take credit for any of the scenes I do reference (they're very short as well) hence why I have the references typed out in the description. All I wanted is to have a piece of the anime I really love and taught me how to draw better with me in my own work. Anime has inspired me throughout my animation career and I highly recommend you to check out the same ones that made me inspired ♡.
