Heres part 1 of the full playthrough of the great ps2 game called Global Defence Force. The game is published by essential games, which were a sub division of 505 games. They released 16 games over 2 years which they deemed 'too good' for the 505 label. GDF is a prime example of one of the 16 games.
Right from the start your thrown into the action, and if your unaware what the game is about (like i was) then its a shockingly pleasant suprise. The game does suffer from occasional lag, but its easily forgiven, theres so much going on that you mostly dont have time to register it in your brain.
Ive honestly not had this much fun in a long time, GDF is definately a game on my top 10 ps2 list, it might even be top 5. I know that there is a real starship troopers game on the PC, but id reccomend ignoring that, and opting for this instead.
