I finally managed to load up the menu for this unfinished minigame.

Turns out it was called "Dance Contest" and you could play it with up to four players, although selecting anything above two will crash the game. While it does disable the HUD from showing up, other than that there doesn't seem to be anything else I've covered already.

At seemingly random times it'll also show up in the minigames menu in the spot where it should be after you've unlocked it, but since it's impossible to do so it goes completely unseen.
