Notes:
- no c hands ( you can bypass it by downloading a CSS hands reskin, works with most m9k shit, prolly pwb aswell 8)
- no tac animations
- no ubgl animations cuz there is none
- no nade animations cuz its just css
- no melee
- also a test video of some sorts, my vids are stuttery asf, lowering the bitrate alleviated some of it. visual quality remains just as bad
