For the written version:
Step 1: Spawn in the models you want to work with.
Step 2: Spawn in the clothing.
Step 3: Pull out the face poser tool and select the clothes.
Step 4: Use the bust adjust slider and move it all the way to the right.
Step 5: Now pull out the easy bonemerge tool and merge the clothing onto the model.
Step 6: Now your model should no longer have clipping issues with their chests.
