Final testing of OBS trying to reach 1080p @ 60fps encoding.. I found that the secret is in vshyc.. Apparently, OBS has problems reducing games with 100+ fps down to 60 FPS. It results in dropped frames, and spikes in CPU usage..

This was some of my final testing between Quicksync H264 and NVENC H264 encoding as well. I think for streaming, I'll stay with Nvidia hardware encoding and when doing offline games, I'll go with Quicksync and QDP settings for best results.
