The sewers of Athens are pretty straight forward. Before continuing down the 1st spiral staircase check underneath it to find another Pheonix Feather. The linear path is crawling with enemies to battle, and there's not more much to beating them than mashing the attacks and timing your blocks. You won't run into any new enemy types, but you will be up against the likes of minotaurs, legionnaires, and even cyclopses. One thing to watch out for are the areas in which the enemies will try to attack you. They'll usually line up archers on higher ledges which'll take pot shots at you while you fight off the bigger enemies. When you run into this situation, lure the larger enemies towards you and run around a corner of the sewer to stay out of the archers' line of fire. You can then fight off the bigger enemies without having to worry about random arrows.
